Candida & Essential Oils
Essential oils can be used daily to combat Candida. BE PERSISTENT!
In alphabetical order. (*) Means it is more highly recommended.
Internally: Externally:
Cinnamon All of the Internal oils plus the following;
Clove* Geranium

Marjoram
Melaleuca**

Wild Orange Note: Using the oils internally for Candida is
Oregano* completely safe for everyone. Use a combination
Peppermint of oils in a capsule on a daily basis for 7-10 days
Rosemary in a row, 2-3 times a day. Larger doses for adults Sandalwood and smaller doses for children and teens. Let
Thyme** your body rest for 7-10 days without any oils then begin
the process again.
This process may be repeated for months when necessary. Candida is hard to get rid of when it is all throughout the body systems. Remember to be persistent and you will prevail!
Caprylic Acid:
Commonly found in pure coconut oil. It is a fatty acid and an excellent fungus fighter. Caprylic acid is absorbed by the body quickly and easily, it dissolves the cellular membranes of the unwanted fungi and renders it inactive. Use coconut oil as a salad dressing replacement, or on other cooking.
How do you know if you have Candida? Try the “Spit” test -distilled water in a cup, first thing in the morning gather saliva and spit into the cup. Wait twenty minutes. Check for whispy strands or any type of collection of the saliva. This is Candida. If your saliva just dissolves completely, you are less likely to have a problem.
Remember: Whenever you are cleansing ANYTHING in the body, be sure to drink plenty of water to keep the body flushing, and take a good vitamin and mineral supplement to aid the body organs in assisting the cleansing process.
When trying to eliminate Candida from the body you must be persistent, and remember that it does take time. Don’t expect to be clear of it because you took the oils for a week straight. It is a yeast, it grows rapidly, and you are feeding it every day by the food you are eating. Give your body time to adjust to the change of less Candida and better health.
Use oils that are highly anti-fungal.
Oils that attack FAT and Cellulite:
Basil, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Thyme
One of the reasons the body uses fat is for a natural way of storing unnecessary toxins and other chemical elements that are not needed directly at that time in the body.
The problem comes in storing too much fat.
Each cell in the body contains cellular memory. Even fat cells to a degree.
Also, excess weight can be stored because the other organs in the body are weakened, or debilitated in some way so they are not functioning properly. They might be overproducing, or under producing.
Basically your body is STRESSED.
The best way to lose weight is to teach the body that it can naturally let go of that stored fat because it is just simply not needed anymore. The best way to do this is over time and by being consistent.
- Begin to eat healthier, slowly.
- Begin to exercise a little bit more each week.

- Make sure you are taking a vitamin supplement for all your nutrients and vitamins.
- Begin to use essential oils to heal and repair the bodies organs to perform their normal functions.
- Begin to “Think Thin” being positive with your weight is a lot better than dragging yourself down.
- Stay active in doing the things which truly bring you the most joy in life.
- Learn ways to teach your body to let go of daily emotional, & mental stress.
Just begin something.
When your mind is taken away from always worrying about your weight, your body will let go of the weight naturally.
Weight is just a side effect from issues you are currently doing in your life. Don’t focus on the weight, don’t even focus on the issues. Simply focus on doing something good for yourself on a continual basis. Soon this becomes a habit, and soon the habit becomes natural. Then the body “Naturally” lets go of the weight.
Take the oils internally: Why? Simple answer: The chemicals in the oils naturally attack and attach to unnecessary fat cell. They stay attached to them and help them be eliminated from the body.
Recipes to try with the oils:
Grapefruit -1 to 3 capsules full every day. Try Grapefruit in you water.
Grapefruit and Lemongrass -1 to 3 capsules mixed equally everyday.
Any mixture of oils including 1 or all of the above listed oils daily in capsule.
Try flavoring your salads with rosemary, thyme, or basil in some fractionated coconut oil.
Get used to taking the oils internally, this is where they do the best job at eliminating the fat and cellulite. Be committed! Plan on using the oils for 1 year at least. You must give your body time to heal and to repair, then it will let go of the weight PERMANTLY!
Candida
Candida Albicans is a natural strain of bacteria that lives in our bowels, but when allowed to grow unchecked can cause havoc on our immune system and show up as a myriad of symptoms such as allergies, rashes, pain, stomach upset, inflammation, reactions to smells, headaches, etc. We see it in the form of fungus, infection, epidermal irritations, and thrush; there are oral forms, vaginal forms, blood forms, and intestinal forms.
The best way to treat an overgrowth of Candida is to cleanse with an essential oils blend, clean up the diet, get plenty of sunshine and fresh air, and exercise, and repopulate the lower intestine with good bacteria by using a probiotic. Refrain from consuming anything with sugar, mold or fungus, as Candida Albicans is a yeast and will feed off of these foods.
Initially, as you proceed with the cleanse it will create a “die off” effect and you will feel worse for a small period of time, while the Candida is expelled. Most suggest taking the cleansing blend for two weeks on and then off for one week as you take a probiotic. Then repeat the cycle, as needed, until Candida symptoms are gone. Following this, for long term maintenance, continue with a good diet, exercise, and a monthly cleanse (2 weeks of the cleansing blend and 1 week of probiotics).
Avoid using antibiotics, birth control, and foods that are high in sugar or yeast as much as possible.
As mentioned elsewhere as the candida is expelled various “die off” symptoms may occur. Feeling badly, rashes, changes in bowel routines, etc. Varying from 1 to 3 capsules can modify these symptoms to a comfortable level. It is not unusual to experience die off symptoms as your body purges the Candida. Consider a diet of raw foods during your cleanse, and drink LOTS of lemon water.
Oils, blends & products recommended:

- Secondary: Lemon, melaleuca, oregano
- Also consider: Lavender, myrrh, rosemary, Zendocrine
Use the GX Assist/PB Assist protocol monthly (or more often to start with):
- 1-3 GX Assist capsules daily with meals for 10 days
- Follow with probiotic PB Assist
The Candida Cleanse attributed to Dr. Hill that includes the following blend:
- 5 drops of lemon
- 5 drops of melaleuca
- 3 drops on oregano
Put the oils into a gel cap and take internally twice a day for 10-14 days, rest two weeks and repeat the procedure. (The above cleanse has now been streamlined into a premade blend called GXAssist described previously)
Symptoms vary from person to person and fluctuate in severity, or may come and go. Most symptoms are invisible, which makes it difficult for others to understand the vast array of debilitating symptoms with which we contend.
The most common are:
