How Our Bodies React to Essential Oils

Where do I Start With Essential Oils?

To begin using essential oils you just need to OPEN THE BOTTLE! Just start out with an oil you are interested in like Lavender, Lemon or Peppermint, and maybe try one of these suggestions:

Lemon

  • Add a few drops to your water to freshen your water and begin cleansing your circulatory system.
  • Add a few drops to a bowl of water to clean and eliminate germs and pesticides from all your produce.
  • Add a drop to honey to sooth a sore throat.
  • Use to clean kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances.
  • Apply to warts 2-3 times daily until wart disappears!
  • Apply directly to cold sores

Lavender

  • Apply to the bottoms of your feet each night before bedtime to soothe and calm the system for a more relaxed and peaceful night sleep.
  • Use directly for any bruise, cut, or scrape to heal the tissues quicker.
  • Add a few drops to a capsule each morning and night to begin internal healing of all systems and to keep the blood sugar levels regulated at normal levels.
  • Apply immediately to help calm reaction to a bee sting or bug bite.
  • Apply immediately to soothe burns.

Peppermint

  • Use with Lemon in water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse.
  • Inhale deeply to invigorate lungs and increase alertness.
  • Apply to neck and forehead with Lavender to calm headaches.
  • Apply to forehead or bottoms of feet to reduce fever.
  • Apply to soles of feet to keep cool, or for relief from hot flashes.
  • Apply to aching joints or muscles for pain relief
